Integra Resources partners with Sponsor organizations through a long term management services arrangement that specifies the range of outsourced executive leadership services required by the sponsor organization.
A dedicated team of professionals is assembled to perform duties associated within the parameters of the agreement. Depending on circumstances and needs, existing senior staff may be integrated into Integra, while other staff may remain on the sponsor organizations payroll.
The Board of the Sponsor organization remains in control and responsible for setting the mission, strategic direction and business objectives of the organization.
Interaction with Integra is through a Joint Operations Committee made up of both Sponsor and Integra representatives. We have found this to be an effective means to streamline decision making and improve communication.
