Integra Resources announces the signing of a Management Services Agreement with Open Arms Care Corporation (OAC). Integra will provide strategic and executive level services to Open Arms 32 ICF group homes and four day services programs. Integra will hire the remaining executive staff currently working for OAC and bring additional services and capabilities including a CEO, banking relations, government relations and human resources. As part of the agreement Integra will assist OAC in performing an evaluation of its properties and design a new capital structure.
OAC is the State of Tennessee’s largest Intermediate Care Facility Provider with locations in Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga and Knoxville. OAC has been in operation since 1991.
