We look at the specifics of the Sponsor organizations actual client ISP’s and determine optimal staffing levels thereby optimizing staffing while improving outcomes and minimizing cost.
Supply/Vehicle Cost Control: Integra looks into the supply areas and develops supply control procedures including group purchasing, bulk buying, negotiated pricing, etc. that significantly decrease cost while ensuring needed supplies are in place and ready to be used when needed.
